With the Manufacturing Execution System (MES), Warehouse Management System (WMS) and Enterprise Resources Planning (ERP) in place, our management team is able to access the real-time information on the production facilities with an emphasis on increased output and enhanced efficiency. MES allows our customers to gain a real-time understanding of the yield on each production line of each work station.

Our $40 million factory houses advanced machineries such as SMT lines, auto flow lead-free soldering machines, ICT testers, PCB assembly and finished goods assembly lines to handle all production processes. Our SMT lines from Fuji (NXT) and Yamaha are so accurate they can produce 0201 chips, 0.3mm QFPs, BGAs, micro BGAs and more.
